The ParkHere system consists of three components: the dashboard for configuring and managing the system, the app for booking parking and charging spaces, and the terminal for controlling entry and exit at the barrier.
The Dashboard
Our digital and innovative system is easy to use via the ParkHere dashboard. Administrators can assign parking and charging permissions, create parking spaces for different vehicle types (e.g., cars, motorcycles), organize users into permission groups, monitor the occupancy of parking and charging spaces in real time, identify areas for improvement, manage billing, and much more. And all of this is done digitally and automatically.
The App
The ParkHere app stands out for its user-friendliness. With just one click, employees can book parking or charging spots, start charging sessions, or check their billing—all based on their permissions. To ensure maximum planning reliability, users receive immediate feedback after making a reservation confirming whether the booking was successful. A stress-free trip is guaranteed!
The Terminal
The terminal is the central component of our system. It enables the seamless integration of offline parking spaces and online reservations. The terminal automatically registers entries and exits via license plate recognition, verifies whether the vehicle is a car or a motorcycle, and compares the data in real time with the reservations in the system. The barrier then opens automatically. Alternatively, entry can be granted by scanning a QR code.

System Configuration
At the outset, parking spaces, zones, charging points, and basic rules are set up in the system. Our team closely oversees this step to ensure that everything is optimally tailored to the location and the company’s needs. Once the structure is in place, the system handles many processes automatically.
Management of Parking and Charging Permissions
Admins define which user groups can use parking or charging spaces and how far in advance they can reserve them. Fees and many other settings can also be configured. The intelligent system logic takes these rules into account for every subsequent reservation and ensures that capacity is allocated efficiently. Once users have been added to the system, you’re ready to go.
Reserving Parking and Charging Spaces
Employees can conveniently reserve available parking or charging spaces with just one click via the app. The system automatically checks availability, permissions, and defined rules to ensure that reservations are made correctly and transparently. If no spaces are available, an automatic waitlist kicks in, and the user is assigned a space as soon as capacity becomes available again.
Entry via License Plate Recognition
Upon arrival, the system recognizes the vehicle’s license plate and automatically checks whether there is a valid reservation or authorization. The barrier opens without any additional steps—quickly, conveniently, and without tickets or transponders. If this does not work—for example, due to weather conditions—the automatically generated QR code can be scanned in the app.
Real-time data for analysis
Administrators can view an overview of utilization, usage patterns, and booking behavior at any time. This data helps them plan capacity more effectively, adjust rules, and make optimal use of available space. For example, in the event of frequent violations—such as unused reservations—penalties or the temporary suspension of booking privileges can be imposed to ensure efficient use of the system.
Automatic Billing
Parking and charging transactions are automatically recorded and can be billed directly. Pricing rules, user groups, and special cases can be configured in the system, while users can view their costs transparently—with minimal administrative effort.
Simple & Automated Management for Admins
Simple User Management
User data is created, modified, and deleted automatically via SCIM—which is compatible with common IAM systems such as Microsoft Entra ID. User groups and their parking and charging permissions can be configured individually. Users can then reserve parking spaces based on their permissions.
Capacity Utilization Analysis
Real-time data on the utilization of parking and charging spaces, as well as user behavior, provides insight into where there is room for improvement. This allows for further optimization of utilization.
Visitor Management
Guests are sent a QR code for entry. If a license plate number has been registered, automatic license plate recognition is used.
Parking Lot Closure with Rescheduling
Parking spaces that are temporarily unavailable—for example, due to construction—can be digitally blocked and can no longer be reserved. If they had already been reserved, users will automatically be reassigned.
Automatic Billing
Parking fees can be easily managed and customized via the dashboard. Billing is handled automatically by the system.
Live Monitoring Dashboard
The Live Monitoring Dashboard provides a real-time overview of all barriers. If there are any issues with entering or exiting, it immediately shows where the problem lies (e.g., missing reservation, garage full, etc.).

Book parking and charging spots with just one click and arrive at the office stress-free.
Set Preferences
Users can specify in the app which parking area or time slots they prefer, or whether they'll be arriving by car or motorcycle. This information is then taken into account during the booking process, provided there is available capacity.
Real-time feedback
Users find out immediately whether their reservation was successful—for maximum planning certainty.
Automatic Replacement Function
No parking spots available? Users will be notified and automatically have a spot reserved for them as soon as spots become available again.
Report a problem
Is the reserved seat occupied by mistake or too small? The "Report a Problem" feature will automatically assign you a new seat.
Digital Payments
Simply enter your payment information into the system, and the rest happens automatically. You can view your billing summary at any time.
Navigation Map
Clear navigation maps help users find their reserved parking spot or charging station.
"Come Back" Feature
Have an appointment outside the facility? With this feature, the reservation won't expire, and users can return later.

The ParkHere system integrates seamlessly into your existing infrastructure and combines software, hardware, and secure access and payment processes into a single, centralized solution. This allows you to continue using your existing systems and components while intelligently supplementing them—without complex implementation or additional operational overhead.
Software Integrations
ParkHere can be flexibly integrated into existing software environments. A certified MS Teams app enables direct use in day-to-day work, while numerous interfaces allow for versatile integrations with customers’ own systems and tools. In addition, features can be seamlessly embedded into intranets or other applications via deep links.
Hardware Integrations
The system offers maximum compatibility with existing hardware such as gate systems and OCPI-compatible charging stations. These can be easily integrated regardless of the manufacturer, eliminating the need for additional hardware and planning costs. The system is flexibly customizable and can be expanded to additional locations or usage scenarios as needed.
User Management & Billing
Simple and secure access is provided through single sign-on (SSO) and automated user management via SCIM—compatible with common IAM systems such as Microsoft Entra ID. Payment processing is seamlessly integrated: from SEPA direct debit (PayOne) to credit cards and TWINT in Switzerland (Worldline), as well as other common payment methods.
With the PayHere solution, businesses and mixed-use properties can open their parking spaces to external short-term parkers, who can pay for parking conveniently and digitally using a QR code.
