Munich, July 8, 2024. Everfield has acquired the Munich-based software company “ParkHere”
(https://park-here.eu/), a leading provider of smart parking systems. ParkHere’s
parking solution makes it easier for companies to allocate and manage parking spaces and charging stations for
electric vehicles for their employees. The parking spaces are
digitally recorded in the ParkHere software; employees can manage their reservations using a mobile
app, and a sensor enables automatic entry into the garages via QR code
or license plate recognition. The company’s customer base is growing rapidly and includes, among
others, Henkel, Telefónica, Zurich Insurance, and HochTief. As a new member of Everfield
, ParkHere will further strengthen its growth plans.
