Tenants can independently manage their contractually agreed-upon parking and charging space quota via the dashboard by assigning parking permissions to their employees and managing visitors.
Hardware
Terminal
The terminal at the entrance is the central component of the ParkHere system. It records entries and exits and compares them in real time with the access permissions stored in the system. Thanks to automatic license plate recognition, the barrier opens within a few seconds.
Integration of Existing Hardware
The ParkHere system is hardware-agnostic and is therefore compatible with existing hardware, such as barriers or charging stations from any manufacturer.
Smart Parking Upgrade (optional for tenants)
ParkHere Access OS serves as an interface to ParkHere's smart parking system. Tenants can decide for themselves at any time to what extent they wish to use this system and customize it to their needs. There is no additional effort required on the part of landlords.
