Asan Account Executive(m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for the entire sales cycle—from the initial contact to a successful close. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues in sales, marketing, and product management and actively shape ParkHere’s growth in the DACH market.

This role is not just about closing deals—it’s about building strategic relationships, creating value, and supporting companies on their journey toward smart mobility.

Your Responsibilities

As an Implementation Manager, you are responsible for the successful implementation of our solution at the customer’s site—from planning through implementation to stable live operation. In this role, you take on a strong leadership role in the project, explain complex concepts in a way that is understandable to various stakeholders, and coordinate multiple implementation projects simultaneously.

  • You will guide our customers through a structured process from the initial engagement to the successful go-live of the ParkHere OS.

  • You will coordinate the entire implementation—from hardware installation, configuration, and testing to commissioning.

  • You will analyze customer requirements and use our configuration options to implement them optimally in the system.

  • You will serve as the client's primary point of contact throughout the entire project and ensure smooth communication.

  • You'll work closely with Sales, Product, Operations, and Marketing, and actively share customer feedback with the company.

  • You identify opportunities for optimization in operations and help customers further develop their solutions.

    Your Profile

    • You’re a doer—you’re passionate about bringing projects to life, and you see them through to completion with initiative and dedication.

    • You have a strong technical understanding and are great at organizing complex processes.

    • You have 1–5 years of professional experience in project management, implementation, or customer onboarding, ideally at a B2B SaaS or technology company.

    • Even when working on multiple projects at the same time, you can keep track of everything and clearly set priorities.

    • Proficiency in German and English—both written and spoken—allows you to present technical content in a way that is easy for various stakeholders to understand.

    • You work in a structured, solution-oriented manner and enjoy working directly with customers.

    • Experience with IoT solutions, hardware rollouts, or parking/mobility issues is a plus, but not required.
