The ParkHere System

Parking & Charging:

Many companies face these challenges —do you, too?

Lack of parking spaces

There aren't enough charging stations at the location

Are charging stations in short supply? Charging sessions often take only a few hours, but charging stations are blocked for longer periods. Investing in new infrastructure is expensive. The ParkHere system can intelligently and digitally manage charging station utilization, allowing each station to be used up to four times a day. Charging sessions can then be conveniently started and stopped via the app.

Lack of parking spaces

Private car owners would also like to use charging stations

Approximately 40% of new electric vehicle registrations are private cars. However, there is often no agreement on the regulated use of charging stations between company and private vehicles. In addition, authentication and billing for private car drivers are often cumbersome to organize. With ParkHere, charging permissions can be digitally assigned and prioritized. This allows private car drivers to charge and be billed according to their permissions.

The Complexity and Confusion Surrounding the Proposed Solutions

Requirements for electric mobility are often highly individualized, and there are many different use cases that need to be addressed. On the other hand, there is a wide variety of solutions on the market, making it easy to lose track of them all. The ParkHere system is flexible and can be customized to any use case, ensuring that all requirements can be met digitally and efficiently.

The Solution: Digitize Your Loading Areas!

Charging is

With the ParkHere system, you can make your charging stations bookable. With multi-user access—including intelligent re-parking management—you can maximize the utilization of your charging infrastructure. This allows you to avoid the investment, effort, and costs associated with installing additional charging stations. Thanks to deep integration, charging sessions can also be automatically started, stopped, and billed based on actual consumption through the system.

Optimize your charging infrastructure: efficient, automated, and digital!

Save on Charging Costs with ParkHere

Save Over 30% on Charging Current with ParkHere

Employees should charge their devices during work hours. The obvious solution: use existing charging cards, such as the DKV card. That sounds practical, but it’s expensive. With ParkHere, it’s cheaper and more efficient.

Intelligent Multi-Purpose Utilization of the Charging Infrastructure

Intelligent Multi-User Utilization of Charging Stations

When there is supposedly insufficient charging infrastructure, many companies see building more expensive infrastructure as the only alternative. But there is another solution: digital multi-use.

Any questions? You'll find the answers here!

How many vehicles can charge at a charging station per day using ParkHere?

With the ParkHere system, you can significantly increase the utilization of your charging stations through multi-user usage, including intelligent repositioning or plug-swapping management. Many satisfied customers have been able to at least double or even triple their utilization rates as a result. Since most charging sessions last only about two hours, some customers have even managed to enable up to five charging sessions per day per charging station.

Can I use the ParkHere software only for my charging infrastructure?

No, the features for optimizing the charging infrastructure are available only to ParkHere OS customers and can be used in conjunction with the smart parking management features, as they can only achieve their full potential when used together. Here you will find an overview of the current features our system offers.

Do I become an electricity retailer if I sell charging power to my employees?

No, the current legal situation does not pose any obstacles for the energy industry in this regard. Read a summary of the legal situation here and learn everything you need to know about this topic.

How can I generate additional revenue to cover the system costs?

The system allows you to leverage your electricity purchase price while offering your employees attractive charging rates. They can charge their vehicles at low rates as needed, and you, as a company, can—in the best-case scenario—cover the system costs with the revenue generated or even generate additional profits.

Can I use my own backend?

In some cases, we have been able to integrate third-party backends; however, this can lead to inefficiencies and is therefore not recommended. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us—together, we’ll find a solution that works for you!

Can I integrate my existing charging stations?

In most cases, this isn't a problem. The charging stations must be connected to the internet, be OCPP 1.6-compatible, and support remote start. If you'd like to use our backend load management system, the charging stations must support this feature. For more information or if you have any questions, please feel free to contact us. Our team of experts will be happy to advise you and work with you to find a solution that fits your business!

Does the ParkHere system offer load management?

Yes, backend-side load management is possible if your charging points support this feature.
