The underground parking garage at Stadtsparkasse München was structurally overbooked and accessible only to an authorized group of people. The “first-come, first-served” system for assigning parking spaces was outdated. Illegally parked vehicles were not recorded, visitor parking spaces were occupied by employees, the waiting list for access permits was growing steadily, and existing access permits were being passed on to others.

With the ParkHere system, all employees at the site can now reserve a parking space, visitor quotas can be set, and any remaining spaces can be automatically made available to external short-term parkers.
