By digitally and intelligently assigning flexible parking permits, RWZ can manage with fewer physical parking spaces without having to impose restrictions on its employees. At the same time, the system enables Bauwens and Swiss Life Asset Managers to fully lease the property without having to expand the parking facilities through construction.
