At Hallesche Krankenversicherung a. G., parking spaces were previously allocated on a fixed monthly rental basis. However, this model did not offer enough flexibility—neither for those with a parking space nor for those without: Fixed rents had to be paid even when the space was not in use (e.g., due to working from home), while vacant parking spaces could not be used by others. Furthermore, anyone who put their name on the waiting list for a parking space had to expect a wait of approximately five years. With the introduction of flexible “New Work” measures, such as hybrid work, there was a desire to extend this flexibility to parking management as well, thereby enabling the company to offer a parking space to all employees.

Thanks to more targeted parking space allocation and the management of user groups, all employees can now reserve a parking or charging space as needed. This provides maximum flexibility for all employees, as their individual needs are taken into account and parking spaces are billed only when actually used for the corresponding duration.
