Since construction began in 2005, the Business Campus Munich Garching has been home to approximately 6,000 employees working at the 110 companies located on the site. The concept includes expert customer advice, customized office solutions, and infrastructure facilities ranging from restaurants to daycare centers for children, thereby enabling a healthy work-life balance. As part of the DV Immobilien Group, the Business Campus is part of a strong group of companies. The Business Campus’s approach is to optimize and manage the occupancy of parking spaces in the underground garages of the individual buildings and to reduce time wasted and parking frustration. In addition to the ParkHere all-in-one solution, other environmentally friendly forms of mobility—such as car sharing, ridesharing, and electric mobility—are already part of the Business Campus’s mobility concept.

The high-tech company ParkHere has a team of 50 and has been in business since 2015. Mobility solutions for companies such as Telefónica, GfK, MAN, Interhyp, and Wacker Neuson have been developed and implemented with proven success.
