ParkHere offers companies a complete solution consisting of software and hardware to digitally capture and
efficiently manage existing parking spaces. “With the help of an app, authorized employees can see in real-
time what parking is available and make reservations,” explains Clemens Techmer, co-founder and new

workdays stress-free.” The ParkHere app also integrates with Microsoft Teams, allowing employees to
reserve their parking space using software applications they use regularly during work hours. Finally,
employees who pay for their parking spaces at work can do so based on time used, rather than a monthly
lump sum.

ParkHere also controls access to parking garages or parking spaces via a digital access system. Using
license plate recognition or QR code access, employees or visitors gain access—for example, by
automatically opening a barrier. “The combination of a digital dashboard, mobile app, and physical access
terminals for parking garages makes parking easy to plan,” says René Rather, co-CEO of ParkHere.
“Companies can also use the flexible booking system to manage charging spots for electric vehicles. This
means that employees can reserve charging spots for electric vehicles and control the charging process via
the app.”
