The Corporate Parking App – Part of ParkHere's Comprehensive Solution
The Corporate Parking app is an essential component of ParkHere’s fully customizable end-to-end solution and serves as the daily touchpoint with our product for our customers’ employees. Our end-to-end solution includes the following components:
- Mobile App: With the new, updated Corporate Parking app, employees can reserve parking spaces, pay for them if necessary, and much more.
- Dashboard: The ParkHere Dashboard is the management platform for the administrator of the company parking lot. Here, the administrator can find real-time information on parking space utilization and parking violations. In addition, reservations for non-employees can be created in the dashboard. The platform can be integrated in a modular fashion with any ParkHere hardware and software. Companies that use a digital billing system can manage payments via the dashboard.
- Access Terminal: The terminal at the barrier to the employee parking lot allows entry via automatic license plate recognition. Automatic license plate recognition offers several advantages; for example, it allows employees to pass through the barrier quickly and smoothly, which prevents traffic backups. If automatic license plate recognition is not possible—for example, because the license plate is covered in snow—employees can always use a QR code as an alternative. Employees can access the QR code through the app.

New, innovative app design
The new design of the ParkHere Corporate Parking app makes parking even easier and more convenient for employees. We've taken our users' feedback into account and improved the user experience.

The following new features have been available to our customers since the end of May:
- Rescheduling Due to an Unsuitable Parking Space: Is the originally reserved parking space too small or blocked by an object? Starting now, users can report this via the app and book another parking space immediately.
- Reservation Changes: In addition, reservations that have already been made can now be changed—that is, shortened or extended. This allows for even more efficient use of available parking space.
In addition, the existing features are now even easier to access:
- Navigation: A parking garage map guides drivers to the parking space they have reserved.
- Reservations and payments: These are now even easier to view.
- QR Code: Accessing the QR code is quick and easy. In addition, the QR code is now available even when there is no internet connection—which is particularly convenient in underground parking garages.
- Offline Availability: Not only the QR code, but also the other key data are available even without an internet connection.
- Reporting Illegally Parked Vehicles: Is your reserved parking spot occupied by someone who’s parked illegally? Now it’s even easier to report this and get a new reservation for a different parking spot at the same time.

When we revamped our Corporate Parking app for employees, we placed a clear focus on user-friendliness. Proven features such as reservations, payments, and reporting parking violations are now even easier and more intuitive to use. In addition, we’ve integrated attractive new features. For example, reservations that have already been made can now be edited. The app’s design has also become more modern and intuitive. The new design also allows us to integrate numerous new features, such as the ability to create and manage multiple license plates within the app or to request a parking space with an electric charging station through the app.
