The Scarce Resource: “Parking Spaces”
R&S Immobilienmanagement GmbH operates one of Germany's largest office districts in Germany. Parking spaces are scarce: Without digital control, this led to daily competition for spots, illegal parking, and frustration. The goal was to find a solution that efficiently allocates scarce capacity—starting in Munich and and scalable to other locations. Through the digital and intelligent allocation of flexible parking permits via the ParkHeresystem, tenants can make do with fewer physical parking spaces without having to accept any restrictions . At the same time, the system enables full occupancy without the need for structural expansion of parking spaces.
