Effective Date: June 16, 2021
Address: ParkHere GmbH, Gollierstraße 70, 80339 Munich
The customer (also “Company”) of ParkHere GmbH (“ParkHere”) provides company parking spaces to its employees or other individuals selected by the customer (collectively: “Users,” “Employees,” “you,” “your,” “yours,” “yours,” “yours”). ParkHere provides the customer with the Corporate Parking System (“CPS”) and its Microsoft Teams integration (“Teams”)—the technical solutions needed to efficiently manage the parking spaces and their use. For example, the majority of parking spaces are not assigned to a specific employee with parking authorization. Instead, the CPS enables the implementation of a so-called “sharing” approach. Sharing parking spaces means that employees authorized to park are not assigned a fixed parking space but can reserve a parking space via the ParkHere Corporate Teams integration (“App”) and decide when and for how long they would like to park.
By installing or using the ParkHere GmbH Teams app and/or any updates provided by ParkHere in connection with it, you agree that:
- that you agree to the Terms of Use of the company that employs you, to which you are affiliated, or with which you are associated.
- that you are an authorized user of the company in question.
- that you will receive the login credentials for the CPS system from your company's parking management department.
- that you receive system support from your company's parking management department.
- that if you do not have the customer's authorization or do not agree to these Terms of Use, you are not an authorized user and may not install or use this software.
- that you must not disclose your account information to unauthorized third parties.
- that if you suspect unauthorized use of your account, you must reset your account password to a different one.
