Munich, 20 September 2023 — The Munich-based technology company ParkHere announces the launch of its new product, ParkHere OS Access. The system is designed for asset or project managers who manage office properties or are involved in the planning and development of new buildings. It enables efficient parking space management, simplifying the administrative process for landlords while offering tenants flexibility in self-managing and using their contractually allocated parking spaces. The system is scalable and can be implemented in properties of any size, including mixed-use properties. It also offers an interface to the ParkHere Smart Parking system.
ParkHere OS Access: the digital access system for parking spaces
The ParkHere OS Access system is a digital access system for parking spaces that operates through automatic license plate recognition or QR code access. It consists of intelligent hardware at the entrance and exit of parking areas and user-friendly software that allows tenants to control the system themselves. Each tenant has access to a platform where their contractually agreed parking spaces are stored. This allows tenants to manage parking permissions for their employees and send visitors a QR code via email, granting them access. This not only allows for flexible and demand-oriented hybrid working models but also increases employee satisfaction.
The Foundation for Smart Buildings: Interface to Smart Parking System
By implementing ParkHere OS Access as a modernization measure for existing properties or in the mobility planning of new buildings, landlords also lay the foundation for a Smart Building. It offers an interface for easy integration into the ParkHere Smart Parking system, enabling additional features such as real-time parking reservations for tenants to further optimize parking space utilization. The integration of the charging infrastructure is possible as well. Tenants can book the individual and modular expansion as a paid upgrade.
